Who can apply for the “Balanced Regional Growth” programme?

Applicants may only apply to the Regional Cultural Council in the county of which they are registered. In the case of Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda counties, only legal entities registered in the municipalities of Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda countries (but not in the cities) may apply.
