I have applied. What’s next?

• Applications are submitted to the Lithuanian Council for Culture's Electronic Project Management Information System for Culture and Art (LKT IS).   
• After submission, applications are subject to an administrative check and a list of applications received is drawn up and made public. These applications are passed on to pool of peers for evaluation. 
• Expert working groups are set up. 
• Contracts are signed with pool of peers. 
• The pool of peers assesses applications individually. 
• They then join expert working groups to jointly agree on the proposed list of projects to be funded/not funded. 
• The proposals approved by the expert working groups shall be forwarded to the meeting of the Assembly of the Lithuanian Council for Culture for evaluation. 
• The members of the Lithuanian Council for Culture meet and decide on the funding of projects. 
• Decisions taken are made public within 3 business days of their adoption. 
• Signing of contracts.
